Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel or reschedule your class/session booking without any charges or loss of classes up till 13 hours prior to class commencement time. However, for emergency cancellation or rescheduling, please inbox Novo Fitness. We will consider and accept cancellation or rescheduling exception on a case-by-case basis.
