Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel or reschedule your class/session booking without any charges or loss of classes up till 2 hours prior to class commencement time. For cancellation less than 2 hours before the start of class, a class credit will be deducted from your account or for Arena Unlimited Membership holder, your membership period will be shorten by 1 (one) day. For emergency cancellation or rescheduling, please inbox Novo Fitness. We will consider and accept cancellation or rescheduling exception on a case-by-case basis. ** For late booking, 3 hr hours before class start is allowed.
